Our campus is struggling with the "chicken and egg" question: do we invest in a CRM first and then bring on a central analytics platform, or do we let the analytics drive a possible CRM decision. Did you face that, and if so how did you address it?

Did you encounter data sovereignty/security concerns with the move to a cloud vendor solution?

What is the primary data query tool for NYIT other than Tableau? Can users access to the data warehouse directly to build their own models?

Did you perform cost analysis comparing with AWS/other offerings.?

What is the role for IR office? Do they have a role in developing the data warehouse
