I used MindManager a long time ago and am wondering if the item status categories are built into MindManager or if another software is used for that information?

Yes, that is correct, E. This presentation was done in MindManager.

My organization uses Wrike for project management, but this visual process looks like it would work well for me. Do you know of any mind-mapping integrations between mind map software and project management software?

What strategies have you found useful for keeping project maps up to date? I often have issue that I set up visuals/collaboration space but collaborators do not update and map becomes stale/outdated.
