Color me stupid, but what are the research questions here? Why dive into Methodology?

Great question Reid, more to frame the research that will be presented.

What training? Did you train the students as well as the instructors?

It sounds like the focus was solely on the faculty

luckily, because the students were using the platform already, it was a very natural transition to remote learning.

I will defer to Raymond to comment on how the students felt

This not only impacts Faculty

Where the majority of courses transitioned to asynchronous, sychronous, or hybrid online courses?

It certainly doesn't require that much bandwidth for this solution, but it does have to aggregate the communications for all remote participants

for the remote participant, the bandwidth requirement is also not out of line and follows the asymmetric aspect of most internet connections (more download than upload speed)
